Relevant Worship (Our 10 AM Sunday Morning Gathering)

Our Worship (singing) to God expresses our heart of gratitude, adoration and love for God as well as our desire to be different. The music allows each person to enter in as they are comfortable and engage God. People are encouraged to share with God what is on their heart and encourage God’s work in their lives.
Messages with Meaning (Our 10 AM Sunday Morning Gathering)

Our Sermons are designed to communicate spiritual concepts in real life ways. The sermons are not only for Sunday inspiration, but show us how God makes a difference each day of the week. People are encouraged to learn, grow, and develop in spiritual insights to a point where God is vital everyday.

 

Children’s Ministries

Children’s Ministry (Birth – Kindergarten) The Sprouts

Children are taught about life with God in age appropriate lessons in a secure and loving environment. Our workers are screened and well-trained in shepherding the children. Check out our Sprouts Children’s Ministry, every Sunday morning at 10 AM to provide your children with a faith foundation upon which they can build for a lifetime.

KidsChurch: 1st-3rd grade

Our elementary children will enjoy Sundays in KidsChurch as we create an atmosphere for our children where they will experience the elements of the church service at their level of understanding. Teachers will guide them through worship, prayer, lesson and activities, as well as offering time. Children will go to KidsChurch after the family ministry moment.

Route 456: 4th-6th grade

Route 456 is a Sunday morning ministry for all 4th-6th graders. Pre-teens will enjoy a class with their peers as they study the Bible and explore issues relevant to the early teen-age years. Join us every Sunday at 10 am; worship with your family at the beginning of the service and after the Family ministry moment, join your friends for class.

 

Youth Ministries

Student Ministry: Grades 7-12

For Students in grades 7-12, the Student Ministry is an atmosphere that is fun and exciting. Sunday evening contains games, foosball, air hockey, video games and so much more…The teaching is filled with relevant, personal, and practical ideas that teach teens to live for God everyday

College Ministry

29 Eleven College Ministry

Jeremiah 29:11 says “For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” College students ages 18-25 join us for an exciting ministry. We meet at the Church Offices on Sunday nights from 8:00-10:00 p.m.

Growth Group Ministry

A variety of small groups meet in homes throughout the week. Groups include mother of preschoolers, women, men, young marrieds, and parents as well as other topical studies. With most ages and stages represented in our small groups, people connect easily with others and enjoy this time together. These groups care for one another through kindness and prayer. Outreach Ministry

Community Outreach Ministry

Our church does a number of different activities to show people that God still loves and cares for them and has a purpose for every life. We enjoy participating in such community events as the Fourth of July Community Service, Fourth of July Parade, Christmas tree Lighting, and The Fall Festival. We sense that the Lancaster/Depew communities are some of the best communities in Western New York. We desire to come along side our community, schools, and families to provide a vibrant spiritual component to our great community.

 

Prayer Ministry

Prayer Opportunities

Tuesdays, 6 pm at the church offices – Join people as they pray together through the prayer list. See Linda Bauer for information.

Thursdays, 9 am at the church offices – Join ladies as we pray for specific ministry and church needs each week. See Pastor Tammy for more info.

Sunday before Worship

We encourage you to come to service a few minutes early and spend time in prayer for the morning. If you are interested in meeting with a group of people to pray before service, see Barb Kaczmarek.

 

Discipleship Groups

Discipleship groups meet once a week. A discipleship coach works alongside one or two other people, working through the Discipleship Training material by Dr. Charles Lake. This is a program for Christians who want to further their walk with God. We also have opportunities for new Christians through the Alpha program, as well as advanced discipleship for those who are interested.
