VINE YOUTH GROUP
Please note that Sunday, November 25 the youth will not be meeting.
FOOD PANTRY THANKSGIVING DINNER WALK THROUGH
The food pantry will be supplying food to their clients during a Thanksgiving walk through and they are in need of additional volunteers to help when they are open for distribution. If you are interested in volunteering, we ask that on Sunday morning you include your phone number on your connection card and indicate the date(s) that you can volunteer under the Ministry Steps portion (THANKSGIVING PANTRY DATES line) and we will pass your information on to Paul Burdick, Administrator of the Food Pantry so that he can touch base with you. We thank you for helping to make Thanksgiving a wonderful time of year for those in need in our community.
Tuesday 12-4pm 11/20
THANKSGIVING EVE SERVICE
Save the date and plan to join us for our Thanksgiving Eve service at 7pm.
REFRESHED WOMEN’S CHRISTMAS TEA
Saturday, December 1, 9-11am, Baldwin Hall. Please join us for a beautiful morning of celebration titled “Out of Darkness and into Light.” Our guest speaker is Sue McClain. Breakfast will be provided. Invite a friend. We will be collecting coffee & tea for the Tri-Community Food Pantry. The fee is $5 per person. Please sign up and pay at the Welcome Center on Sunday morning.
THANKSGIVING OUTREACH
Thank you for supporting the food pantry and the people in our community by taking part in our Share the Love Food Drive Love Bags. Your support helps the food pantry to bless many families in our area with a delicious Thanksgiving dinner and spread the love of Jesus.
ST PAULY CLOTHING SHED
St. Pauly is an organization that collects used clothing and then distributes the Clothing, through other organizations, to needy people in this country and throughout the world. They accept all clothing, shoes, belts, purses, blankets, sheets, pillowcases, drapes and stuffed animals. Our church also receives money from clothes in our shed. Your donations are greatly appreciated.
MEAL MINISTRY
If you or someone you know is ill, has had surgery or a baby, please contact Juanita Harry at 668-2220 so that meals can be coordinated to help during these times.
TRI-COMMUNITY FOOD PANTRY
Please bring any non-perishable items, including food, paper products, diapers, shampoo or toiletries to the receptacle marked Tri-Community Food Pantry located in the hall outside of the sanctuary on the elevator side. The pantry, is located on Terrace Blvd., east of Penora. Many who come to this pantry live within walking distance of our church. Thank you for your weekly support.
