VINE YOUTH GROUP
Come join us this Sunday evening at 6pm in Baldwin Hall as we continue our series on Prayer.
EVENING OF WORSHIP & FELLOWSHIP
Saturday, October 21, 6-7:30pm. Join us for a special night of worship and fellowship at the Vine. This will be a wonderful opportunity for us to gather as a church family in a casual environment and enjoy each other’s company. We hope to see you there!
GROWTH GROUPS
Pastor Greg will be sharing a 7-week series on Colossians titled, Jesus-One Over All, during Sunday services from October 14 to November 25. This is a great time to connect with a Growth Group and dive deeper into the Word while connecting with fellow Christians. Each group will be discussing the weekly message and enjoying some fellowship time. Groups begin the week of October 14. Please see your Growth Group brochure in your bulletin on Sunday morning for details.
MEN’S BREAKFAST
Saturday, November 3, 8am-9:30am in Baldwin Hall. Men, join us for a hearty breakfast, relaxing fellowship and a short message. Please circle MEN’S BREAKFAST on your connection card on Sunday morning so that we have a count for food. We hope to see you there!
THANKSGIVING OUTREACH
The Vine is partnering with the Tri-Community Food Pantry for a Thanksgiving outreach called Share the Love. Please see the insert in this Sunday’s bulletin for details on how you can participate. Thank you for supporting the food pantry and the people in our community.
CHURCH ASSESSMENT REPORT
The NCS Church Assessment report was emailed to all members and regular attenders whose email is in our database. If you did not receive a copy and would like one, please circle REPORT on your connection card and put your email address on the front of your connection card on Sunday morning or you can pick up a copy of the report at the Welcome Center. The report is also available here.
ST PAULY CLOTHING SHED
St. Pauly is an organization that collects used clothing and then distributes the Clothing, through other organizations, to needy people in this country and throughout the world. They accept all clothing, shoes, belts, purses, blankets, sheets, pillowcases, drapes and stuffed animals. Our church also receives money from clothes in our shed. Your donations are greatly appreciated.
MEAL MINISTRY
If you or someone you know is ill, has had surgery or a baby, please contact Juanita Harry at 668-2220 so that meals can be coordinated to help during these times.
TRI-COMMUNITY FOOD PANTRY
Please bring any non-perishable items, including food, paper products, diapers, shampoo or toiletries to the receptacle marked Tri-Community Food Pantry located in the hall outside of the sanctuary on the elevator side. The pantry, is located on Terrace Blvd., east of Penora. Many who come to this pantry live within walking distance of our church. Thank you for your weekly support.
