Prayer @ The Vine
- Sunday AM Prayer – From 9-9:45 on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month, join Pastor Tammy and others in the prayer room as we pray through the seven churches in Revelation.
Deeper Bible Study
For students in grades 9-12 we have a brand new opportunity for you. We are having a Bible Study happening in the Youth Room for you to come together and learn about God’s Word. It will be from 9:15-10AM every Sunday. Bring a friend and a Bible and plan to attend. If you do not have a Bible stop by our Welcome Center or see one of our Youth leaders: Alyssa Sterling, Jason and Rebecca Hallnan.
Missions Weekend—Sunday May 20th
On May 20 we are having a special missions focus at the Vine. We will have some special elements at our worship service and that morning Mike Richbart will be sharing about his experience in Tanzania. Our Sunday service will be followed by a Spaghetti Dinner where we will hear more from Jason and Rebecca Hallnan about their trip to Uganda and Alyssa Sterling and her upcoming work at Oasis of Hope House. We will have an opportunity for you to invest in these mission opportunities and we will also spend time in prayer for the Jewells who will be in Haiti.
Memorial Day Service—Monday, May 28th
This Memorial Day we’re preparing a service just before the Depew Memorial Day Parade. The service will be from 9:30 – 10:15am on Monday, May 28. It will have many special elements and music and will kick off the annual Depew Memorial Day Parade. We invite you to join us.
Celebration Sunday
On Sunday June 3 we will experience a celebration Sunday at the Vine. On our celebration Sundays we will Party like it is 2012 and rejoice with others with child dedications, baptisms, and introduce some new members. If you would like to participate in any of these ways please call the church office at 683.0570×5
Churches Building Churches
As we announced on April 15 there are individuals and churches from all over the United States who are prayerfully considering a donation to The Vine toward our church home. Please be praying for these people. Also, please join us in prayer as we will have a special offering on July 22 as a congregation to try and match the funds that are donated. We believe this will be a huge blessing to us as a congregation and look forward to seeing what God is going to do through you.
