Youth Ministry Update
Middle School/Grades 6-8 @ 5:30-7pm in Baldwin Hall
High School/Grades 9-12 @ 7-9pm in Baldwin Hall
If you are in Grades 6 – 12 or know of a student, we invite all to join the fun. It is an experience filled with relevant teachings, small groups, and interaction designed just for them.
Ministry Fair – Sunday, May 26th
There are so many ways to use the gifts God has given to you. Come browse the ministry tables and join the action with a team you share similar passion with. Before and after service you can talk to volunteers in all areas of ministry and get connected to begin serving together. Don’t miss this fun day to see all that is going on at the Vine.
LBA Elections May 26th & June 2nd
If you are a member of the church, please cast your vote on one of these two Sundays for upcoming LBA members for the 2013-2014 ministry year.
Memorial Day Service—Monday, May 27th
This Memorial Day we’re preparing a service just before the Depew Memorial Day Parade. The service will be from 9:30 – 10:15am on Monday, May 27. It will have many special elements and music and will kick off the annual Depew Memorial Day Parade. We invite you to join us.
Not Just Men, Men’s Breakfast and Landscaping Clean-up Day Saturday, June 1st @ 8:00am
Please plan on attending what is typically the “Men’s Breakfast” but is open this month to you ladies too. Come on ladies, you know you love it when men cook for you! 
Also, on this morning, we will be continuing to help beautify our church grounds by conquering various projects like spreading mulch and trimming hedges. Please bring gardening gloves, rakes, hedge trimmers, extension cords and any other equipment that you think may be helpful. We thank you in advance for all of your help in making our church grounds a welcoming place !! Sign-up sheet located at the Events Table!
Annual Business Meeting – Tuesday, June 4th Baldwin Hall, Potluck Dinner at 6pm
Please bring your favorite dish to pass as we share supper together. Paper products and drinks provided. At 7pm, please join us for our annual business meeting as we go over last year and next year’s budget, ministry reports, upcoming ministry initiatives, election of LBA members and other important information relating to our church. Come learn where we are on the initiatives we spoke about during the vision retreat as well as other updates related to vision and future direction.

Check out a Discovery Group this month. What is a Discovery Group? A discovery group is made up of 10-15 people who are checking out The Vine today. The group meets once a week on Thursday evenings @7pm for 1 hour. It will be everybody’s first time there …and you will find it the best way to grow in your faith, make new friends and have fun this April!
