Grades 6-12 @ 6-7:30pm in Baldwin Hall
If you are in Grades 6 – 12 or know of a student, we invite all to join the fun. It is an experience filled with relevant teachings, small groups, and interaction designed just for them.
Friday, March 14, 2014 6pm-12am in the Sanctuary
Bring your Bible and a notebook. Come and go as you are able from 6pm-12am. Spend time in worship, read a Bible passage, journal or pray. From 6-8pm Aaron Campbell and Pastor Christopher will lead with our Vine Worship Team; 8-10pm Meg Roberts and Jeanette Dykstra will lead a Word in Worship set; 10-Midnight Damar Dowell will lead a worship jam session. Whatever your style, come and enjoy time in God’s presence.
REFRESHED Ladies Night Out
Thursday, March 20th 7pm in Baldwin Hall
We will continue our One Thousand Gifts DVD study with Session Four, Trust: The Bridge to Joy. You are invited to join us even if you have not attended the previous sessions. Coffee, tea and cheese & crackers/ light snacks will be served. Please sign-up at the Events Table. We will be collecting personal care items for the food pantry.
Fusion Super Saturday
Saturday, March 22nd from 8am-12pm in The Ministry Center
Get the 411 on the Vine and meet others who are new as well. Fusion seminar contains:
- the history of the Wesleyan Church and the Vine Wesleyan
- how God has uniquely wired each of us for ministry the Christian journey of grace and what it is to be spirit filled
- how to share the faith we enjoy
- how to become a member of The Vine

GRACIAS! Volunteer Appreciation Dinner
We want to celebrate YOU and all the ways you serve the Lord and our fellow brothers and sisters in Christ. Join us on Sunday, March 23rd at 4:30 pm at the Shriner’s Hall (1600 Southwestern Blvd, next to YMCA) for a dinner in honor of YOU! Your ministry leader will also be sending you an invitation as well. Landscaping Clean Up-Day
Saturday, April 12th 9:00am-Noon
Spring is arriving soon, so we will be spending time on this morning (9am-noon weather permitting) cleaning up the church grounds and spreading stone. We can you as many hands as possible to get the job done, so bring your rake and gloves and we’ll see you there! Please sign-up at the Events Table. Call Ginny Priola at 684-9714 with any questions.
Are you wondering what your next best step is at The Vine? Are you interested in a small group? Membership? Baby dedication? Getting involved in a ministry? Women’s Softball Sign-up
Our Women’s Softball Team is starting to put together it’s roster for this summer. Please look for the sign-up sheet at the Events Table and contact Jeff Leiker with any questions at 697-1706.
Tri-Community Food Pantry
Please bring any non-perishable item, including paper products, diapers, shampoo, or toiletry items to the barrel for the food pantry. The pantry, located across the street, serves the east side of Transit and south of Broadway. Many who come live within walking distance of our church. Thank you for your weekly support.
St. Pauly Clothing Shed
St. Pauly is an organization that collects used clothing and then distributes the clothing, through other organizations, to needy people in this country and throughout the world. They accept all clothing, shoes, sneakers, belts, purses, blankets, sheets, pillowcases, drapes and stuffed animals. Our church also receives money from clothes in our shed. Your donations are greatly appreciated.
